Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

Customers may request a return within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Return approval must be received before the item is shipped back.

Merchandise must remain unused, uninstalled and complete. Any original tags, identification labels, seals or markings must remain intact.

We cannot accept returns on:

- Installed or test-fitted transmissions
- Products that have had fluid added
- Disassembled or opened units
- Programmed or modified components
- Electrical parts and modules
- Custom or special-order items
- Products missing original markings
- Items damaged after receipt
- Returns sent without authorization

Return approval does not automatically guarantee a refund. All items are inspected after arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are not refundable. Customers are normally responsible for return transportation.
